He has a proven track record of turning financial challenges into opportunities.
Rob’s expertise also spans roles over a 23-year period, as President, CEO Controller and CFO, including founding two companies. One of those was a successful winery in the Okanagan.
Under his leadership, sales grew to 30,000 cases, achieving a $31 million valuation and ranking among the top 10 independent wineries in BC—all within seven years.
This was achieved while also attaining an improvement in margins from 44% to 58% and increasing sales from $3 million to $6 million. Scaling your business with a fractional CFO
Rob prefers to specialize in fractional CFO roles because they can be handled on a fractional basis. That allows Rob to coordinate a small number of clients with slightly larger projects. Rob offers strategic guidance and expert support to start-ups, as well as active small and medium-sized enterprises.
His deep knowledge in finance, management, and business development allows me to help businesses scale, grow, and enhance their valuation.
Rob also has a knack for helping businesses attract the right lenders and investors, crucial for scaling and increasing valuation. Having even a limited formal contracted CFO can improve the credibility of the company with lenders, investors, and lawyers.
